Gravel⟲600km⇗4340⨻290km

The largest real cycling circle in Belgium. RVV meets LBL. Get ready for the Flemish-Walloon double classic! Ride it as a road race or gravel ride. Possible every day!

A beautiful round, mapped out to perfection - a beautiful circle on the map and a super fun, bike-friendly route full of unique highlights. 🚴‍♂️✨

On this route you will pass through fantastic regions, including the Flemish Ardennes, the Walloon Ardennes and the Kempen. In the Flemish Ardennes you will brave the Flanders Classics section: here you can slog through 40km of the famous cobblestones and hills: Waterrad, Lange Munte, Lippenhovenstraat, Paddestraat, Molenberg, Haaghoek, Leberg, Berendries and the Valkenberg.

In the south you will touch the French border and brave the rolling Walloon Ardennes with many climbs, including Côte des Quatre Chemins (4.8km 4.6%), Barque de Conjoux, Côte de Namorimont, Côte de Bonsin and Côte de la Roche aux Faucons (4.4km 5.4%) - the final climb in Liège-Bastogne-Liège. After passing Liège and the Dutch border at Maastricht, you will arrive in the Kempen and other beautiful forest areas. After at least 575km on the pedals you will return to where you started. The circle is complete!

Narrow straps?That's perfectly possible! The route is entirely on paved roads.

Gravel bike?Then take the gravel variant of 600km with 290km of unpaved/gravel strips.

Hoe kom ik aan de rondegids en GPX-bestanden?

In de Rondebox vind je in het deksel een unieke startcode-link (eenmalig te gebruiken). Na check-in, in een paar klikken geregeld via onze website, ontvang je per email de Digitale Rondegids met de GPX-bestanden.

Can you cycle this round every day?

Yes, cycle this round whenever you want. You don't have to give a date.

When there are large tours or cycling competitions, parts of the route may not be accessible or may be limited. For this, please check thecycling calendar.

Where is the starting location?

You can start anywhere on the circle.

Are you coming from further away? If possible, start a real Ronde location, so that you can start or end with a drink and/or a tasty (drink) snack.

Can you also cycle this Tour the other way around?

Yes, that is possible. Starting from Antwerp, it is advisable to cycle it counterclockwise and first take the bicycle bus due to work on the Lillobrug in Antwerp. If you still want to cycle it clockwise, take the loop at the Molenberg the other way around.

What are the points of interest along the route?

Due to work on the Lillobrug Antwerp, a Bicycle Bus is being deployed. In theory, a detour is also possible if you drive straight along the Scheldt on your right, via Antwerp Center is also possible (St. Annatunnel). Only then you have a strange bend in your circle and 30 km extra.

Can you also participate as a group/team?

Yes, that is definitely possible.

Do you have to cycle this round in one go?

You don't have to, you can also do it for several days. Do you do it in one go or do you stay overnight? The choice is yours!

How can you merge individual rides into a whole circle on Komoot / Strava?

1 - Download the GPX files of your individual activities, with Strava this is only possible via a desktop computer.

2 - Merge the downloaded GPX files on this site: gotoes.org/strava

3 - Delete your old loose activities.

4 - Upload a new activity with the merged GPX file.

With Komoot Premium the above steps are not necessary, you can merge the individual rides into a multi-day tour. That is then only visible in Komoot.

Can you exchange or cancel an order?

When placing your order, you will immediately receive the Tour Guide (E-book) and GPX files by email. As well as the donations to the charity, the digital files are of course non-returnable. Orders can therefore not be cancelled or returned.

Events & Social Rides
You cannot cancel your ticket, but you can transfer it to another person. You can do this via the dashboard of the ticket system. Access to this dashboard can be found in your order confirmation email.
