What can I do with the real Rondebox?
In the real Rondebox you will find the complete package with route info, gpx files and of this round filled with goodies and sports nutrition for on the road. And of course your reward: The must-have real Ronde Cycling pin with emblem of every Ronde!
Round box purchased in a physical store
In the Rondebox you will find a unique start code link (one-time use). After check-in, arranged in a few clicks via our website, you will receive the Digital Rondegids with the GPX files by email.
Round box purchased in the RIDE-A-ROUND.cc Shop
Directly after ordering you will receive the Digital Tour Guide with the GPX files by email. The Tour Box will follow by post within a few days.
Where can I find the start code link?
The start code link can be found under the lid of the Rondebox.
How does checking in with the start code work?
Check-in with start code:
1. Start code link - In the Rondebox there is a start code link that you can enter in your web browser. This will take you to your Start list.
2. Start list - Optionally add other products and/or a donation and press the [Continue to check-in] button.
3. Check in - Check your order, add an extra discount code if necessary, fill in your details and place your order.
You will immediately receive an email with the Digital Tour Guide and GPX files.

Fast delivery by PostNL
We will have the package, your order, delivered by PostNL.
Orders placed on working days (Mon-Fri) will in principle be shipped within 24 hours, if in stock.
This means that usually 1 or 2 days later your package will be shipped for an address in the Netherlands and Belgium. And 2 or 4 days for an address in Germany and France.
Confirmation / Track & Trace
After placing your order, you will receive an email with a link to the order confirmation. When the order is packed and ready for shipping, you will receive another message with a link from PostNL with the Track & Trace code. This link shows where your package is at that moment and when it will be offered to you.
You can check the exact status of your package via PostNL's Track & Trace. It is also possible to enter your work address or another address as the delivery address. Do you want to have control over the day of delivery or select a collection point yourself? Then create an account at www.postnl.nl Here you can indicate your preferences regarding the delivery of your order.
When you are not at home
If a package cannot be delivered to you because you are not at home, you can see in the PostNL app to which collection location the shipment will be brought. You will also be notified of this by email. Your order will be stored at this location for 7 days. If you wish to collect the shipment, you must identify yourself.
Package at agreed location
This is a place around the house where the package is dry and safe. PostNL offers three standard options: the shed, garden or garage. Please note, with this option, the responsibility, from the moment the package is delivered, no longer lies with RIDE-A-ROUND.cc, but with the recipient.
GPX and Tour Guide directly by email
Check your email immediately after ordering
The download link to the Digital Tour Guide with GPX files will be emailed to you immediately after ordering. This download link will remain usable for 30 days.
So you have to save the files yourself on your phone, computer or other storage medium.
No Rondebox yet, but cycling today or tomorrow
Suppose you want to cycle the Ronde today or tomorrow, but you still need to order a Rondebox... no problem!
Immediately after placing your order, you will receive the Digital Tour Guide and GPX files. This will provide you with all the information you need to cycle the Tour.
In principle, it is therefore not necessary to wait for the shipment of your Rondebox.
Pick up in store
Can I also pick up the Rondebox in a store?
We do not have our own store on location or establishment, for picking up products. We do want to deliver the Rondeboxen to bike shops, catering establishments and cycling cafes for sale.
Help with ordering
How to order?
You can place your order by placing all desired items on the start list. If you then click on the shopping bag icon you will see an overview of the ordered products, in this screen you can change quantities or remove items.
If your starting list is complete to your liking, then press the button "continue to check-in". In the next screen you will see the order overview and you can fill in a starting code / coupon, your personal and address details.
Every next order
After your first order, you can always log in to your account with just your email address. You do not need a password, but you will receive a code to log in every time you log in. With a subsequent order, you can log in this way so that you do not have to enter the full address details every time.
Help with ordering
If you need help ordering, you can email mr@ridearound.cc . You will usually receive a response within 24 hours.
Email update
As soon as you place an order with us, you will receive an email with your order details, a digital invoice and payment details. We will keep you informed about the status of your order by email. We will send you an email as soon as your payment has been received and as soon as your order has been shipped.
If the order is unexpectedly not available or temporarily unavailable, we will immediately inform you about the delivery time.

Coupons / discount codes
Coupons/discount codes can be entered in the order summary on the check-in page.
Via the shop
- Add items you want to order to the starting list and press the button [continue to check-in] at the bottom.
- On the check-in page you can fill in the discount code via the field `Startcode / Coupon'. Enter the code exactly (numbers, letters, dashes). You will receive a confirmation when the code has been entered correctly.
Via the ticket system
- Add the tickets you want to order.
- You can enter your code at checkout. Enter the code exactly (numbers, letters, dashes). You will receive a confirmation when the code has been entered correctly.
Terms and conditions of discount codes
- Read the terms and conditions before using the discount code. These can differ per code.
- A digital discount code can be used a maximum of once per order for an online order.
- Usually only one discount code can be used per order.
- The nature, duration and expiration date of an offer and other specific terms of use can be found in the communication in which the discount code is included. Each discount code is valid for a certain period. After this period, the discount code can no longer be used.
- You cannot use discount codes for open orders.
- You cannot exchange discount codes for money.
- You cannot use a discount code to get a discount on products other than the products for which the relevant discount code promotion applies and which are further described in the communications in which the discount code is included.
- Discount codes are issued once. In case of theft or loss, no compensation will be given. Loss also includes (accidentally) deleting emails.
- It is not permitted to modify or falsify discount codes, including hacking, spreading viruses, spamming or forwarding.
- You cannot use discount codes for commercial purposes and/or purposes other than those for which they were issued.
- Any (attempted) fraud or other unauthorized action will be recorded and will result in the use of discount codes being denied.
- RIDE-A-ROUND.cc reserves the right to change the terms of discount codes prematurely or to declare discount codes invalid.
Returns or changes
Can you exchange or cancel an order/ticket?
Orders/tickets cannot be exchanged or cancelled.
Round boxes
Once the shipping label has been created, it is not possible to change a Rondebox order.
You can send an email to mr@ridearound.cc with your request, but there is no guarantee that the request will be granted.
EVENTS & SOCIAL RIDES
At events you can transfer your ticket to another person. You can do this via the dashboard of the ticket system. Access to this dashboard can be found in your order confirmation email.
Can I transfer my event ticket to someone else?
Yes, at events you can transfer your ticket to another person. You can do this via the dashboard of the ticket system. Access to this dashboard can be found in your order confirmation email.
It is not permitted to resell a ticket for a higher price than the original ticket price.
The real Rounds
Can you cycle the rounds every day?
Yes, you can cycle the rounds whenever you want. You don't have to give a date.
When there are large tours or cycling races, parts of the route may not be accessible or may be limited. Check the Cycling calendar , the NDW website (does not work on mobile) and/or the Belgian cycling calendar .

Where can you find the starting location?
You can start anywhere on the circle.
Are you coming from further away? Then you can start at a real Ronde location, which are mentioned in the Ronde guide, so that you can start or end with a drink and/or a tasty (drink) snack.

Can you cycle the rounds the other way around?
Most Tours are suitable for cycling in reverse.
Sometimes it can be difficult due to ferry sailing times or climbs with cobblestones that you better not descend.
More information about this can be found in the Digital Tour Guide. You will receive this when ordering the Tour Box.
Do you have to cycle the rounds in one go?
You don't have to, you can also do it for several days. Do you do it in one go or do you stay overnight? The choice is yours!
How can you merge individual rides into 1 circle on Strava / Komoot?
1 - Download the GPX files of your individual activities. With Strava this is only possible via your account on a desktop computer.
2 - Merge the downloaded GPX files on this site: https://gotoes.org/strava/
3 - Delete your old loose activities.
4 - Upload a new activity with the merged GPX file.
With Komoot Premium the above steps are not necessary, you can merge the individual rides into a multi-day tour. That is then only visible in Komoot.
Can you also participate as a group/team?
Yes, that is definitely possible.
Group discount: If you place multiple Round Boxes for the entire group of 3 people or more in one order, you will receive free shipping + a €5 discount per group member.

As a bike shop, bike cafe or catering location you can qualify as a sales / distribution point of the real-round-boxes. With that you can count on more exposure and a potential increase in the number of customers, without extra administrative burdens.
SUPPLIERS
We like to enlarge our circles with suppliers of bags, water bottles, sports nutrition or… something of a sustainable product that fits our target group. In order to dress up the cycling rounds even more fun for the participants with regional brands.

Onze cirkels vergroten we graag met suppliers van tasjes, bidons, sportvoeding of… iets van een duurzaam product dat past bij onze doelgroep. Om zo met regionale merken de fietsrondjes nog leuker aan te kleden voor de deelnemers.

RIDE-A-ROUND.cc was set up to connect people and sustainably support the local community wherever we are active.

Check your downloaded route on the current (traffic) situation while on the road, obey the (traffic) rules and ensure each other's safety. It's not a race!
